It is ordered on consent that: 1. For a twelve (12) month period from the date of the order, the Tenant shall ensure that neither they nor their occupants or guests: File Number: LTB-L-102925- 25 Order Page 2 of 2 a. Engage in any illegal act(s) with in the rental unit or the residential complex, including but not limited to assault or threatening any Tenant. b. Engage in conduct that seriously impairs the safety of any person in the residential complex, including but not limited to assault. 2. If the Tenant fails to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph 1 of this order, the Landlord may apply under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (the ‘Act') for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant. The Landlord must make the application within 30 days of a breach of a condition. This application is made to the LTB without notice to the Tenant. 3. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. 4. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 3 in accordance with the following schedule: • $15.50 on or before the 1st day of each month commencing April 1, 2026, and for the next 11 months up to and including February 1, 202 7; and • $15.50 on or before March 31, 2027. 5. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing in paragraph 3 on or before March 31, 2027, the Tenant will start to owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from April 1, 2027, annually on the balance outstanding at the post-judgment interest rate determined under subsection 207(7) of the Act...
