The Tenant may void this order and continue the tenancy by paying to the Landlord or to the LTB in trust: File Number: LTB-L-102865-25-SA Order Page 2 of 4 1. $1,958.00 if the payment is made on or before February 28, 2026. See Schedule 1 for the calculation of the amount owing. OR 2. $2,854.88 if the payment is made on or before March 31, 2026. See Schedule 1 for the calculation of the amount owing.
