The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant shall continue between March 25, 2026 and June 14, 2026 if the Tenant meets the conditions set out below. 6. The Tenant shall pay $2750.00 on or before March 31, 2026. This r eflects the rent owing from March 15, 2026 to April 14, 2025. 7.
