applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict CATHERINE OBIANAEWU and STANLEY OBIANAEWU (the 'Tenant s') because the Tenant did not pay the rent that the Tenant owes and because the Tenants have been persistently late in paying the Tenants’ rent. Mediation was held on January 22, 2026. It is ordered on consent that: 1. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $9,504.70 which represents the arrears of rent ($9,318.70) plus costs ($186.00) for the period ending January 31, 2026. 2.
