applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Elenie Shinika Kcinski Joseph and Cherry Lee Jackson (the 'Tenant') because: • the Landlord requires vacant possession of the rental unit in order to do major repairs or renovations to the unit. The Landlord also applied for an order requiring the Tenants to pay the Landlord's reasonable out-of-pocket expenses that are the result of the Tenant's failure to pay utility costs they were required to pay under the terms of the tenancy agreement. It is ordered on consent that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before March 1, 2026. 2.
