applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Braedon Thornton (the 'Tenant') because the Tenant did not pay the rent that the Tenant owes. This application was heard by videoconference on February 10, 2026.

It is ordered on consent that: 1. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $ 3,055.92 for arrears of rent and costs up to February 28, 2026. 2. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: (a) On or before, February 25, 2026, the Tenant will pay to the Landlord $1,500.00 representing arrears; (b) Effective March 1, 2026, and for 10 consecutive months thereafter, on or before the first day of each month, the T enant will pay an additional $150.00 per month together with lawful rent representing arrears; (c) On or before, January 1, 2027, the Tenant will pay the balance of $55.92. 3. The Tenant shall also pay to the Landlord new rent on time and in full as it comes due and owing for the period March 1, 2026, or until the arrears are paid in full. 4.
