applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict SHARIFA ALLY SABULA, KAMAL ALLY SABULA and MABULA SABULA (the 'Tenant') because the Tenant did not pay the rent that the Tenant owes. This application was heard by videoconference on February 23, 2026.

It is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated unless the Tenant voids this order. 2.
