It is ordered on consent that: 1. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $4,186.00. This amount represents $4,000.00 for arrears of rent up to February 28, 2026, and $186.00 for the application filing fee. File Number: LTB-L-099224-25 Order Page 2 of 2 2. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: • $2,000.00 on or before February 13, 2026; • $1,000.00 on or before February 27, 2026; • $1,186.00 on or before March 13, 2026. 3.
