It is ordered that: 1. The motion to set aside Order LTB-L-099204-25, issued on December 29, 2025 , is granted. 2. Order LTB-L-099204- 25 is set aside and cannot be enforced. 3. The previous order issued on September 23, 2025 with respect to LTB-L-037843- 25 is cancelled and replaced as follows. 4. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant shall not terminate and shall continue, subject to the conditions as set out in this order. 5. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $9,033.82, which represents the rent arrears and costs owing to January 31, 2026. 6. The Tenant shall pay the amount set out in paragraph 5 of this order in accordance with the following schedule: (1) $250.00 per month on the 25 th day of each month starting February 25, 2026, and on the 25 th of each month after until January 25, 2027 (for 12 months), (2) a lump sum payment of $3, 000.00 on or before February 25, 2027 , (3) $500.00 per month on the 25 th of each month starting March 25, 2027, and on the 25 th of each month after until July 25, 2027 (for 5 months), and File Number: LTB-L-099204- 25-SA Order Page 6 of 6 (4) a final payment of $533. 82 on or before August 25, 2027. 7. The Tenant shall pay the lawful rent for February 2026, in full, on or before February 10, 2026. 8.
