It is ordered on consent that: 1. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $3,026.00, which includes: o $2,840.00 for arrears owing up to January 31, 2026; and o $186.00 for the fee paid by the Landlord for filing the application. 2. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: i. $300.00 on or before the fifteenth (15 th ) day of each month for ten (10) consecutive months, beginning February 15, 2026, and continuing each month, up to and including November 15, 2026. ii. $26.00 on or before December 15, 2026 3.
