It is ordered on consent that: 1. The motion to set aside Order LTB-L-098711- 25, issued on December 1, 2025, is granted. That order is set aside and cannot be enforced. File Number: LTB-L-098711- 25-SA Order Page 2 of 2 2. The mediated settlement signed by the parties on July 27, 2023 with respect to LTB-L- 070977- 22 is replaced by the following. 3. The total amount the Tenant owes the Landlord, including costs, is $29,731.00. 4. The Tenant shall pay the amount in paragraph 3 according to the following schedule: (a) $691.00 on or before January 23, 2026 and $691.00 on or before th e twenty-third day of each subse quent calendar month up and including July 23, 2029 ; and (b) $18.00 on or before August 23, 2029. 5. The Tenant shall also pay any new rent that comes due on or before the 1st day of each month for the period of January 1, 2026 to Augst 31, 2029 or until all arears are repaid in full, whichever date is earlier. 6. If the Tenant fails to make the payment in accordance with this order, the Landlord may, without notice to the Tenant, apply to the LTB within 30 days of the Tenant's breach pursuant to section 78 of the Act for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant and requiring that the Tenant pay any new arrears, NSF fees and related charges that became owing after December 31, 2025. 7.
