Determinations

It is ordered on consent that: 1. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $7,500.00 for arrears of rent up to February 6, 2026. 2. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: • $2,500.00 on or before January 29, 2026. • $500.00 on or before February 15, 2026. • $500.00 on or before March 15, 2026. • $500.00 on or before April 15, 2026. • $500.00 commending on or before May 7, 2026, and continuing payments of $500.00 on or before the 7 th day of each consecutive month up to and including November 7, 2026. 3. The Tenants shall pay the lawful rent for the rental periods of February, March, and April 2026 on or before the 15 th day of the month. 4. Commencing May 7, 2026, the Tenants shall revert to paying the lawful monthly rent on the day it becomes due and owing which shall be the 7 th day of each month. 5. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord new rent on time and in full as it comes due and owing in accordance with paragraphs 3 and 4 of this order for the periods February 15, 2026 to November 7, 2026, or until the arrears are paid in full, whichever date is earliest. 6. If the Tenant fails to make any one of the payments in accordance with this order, the outstanding balance of any arrears of rent and costs to be paid by the Tenant to the Landlord pursuant to paragraph 1 of this order shall become immediately due and owing and the Landlord may, without notice to the Tenant, apply to the LTB within 30 days of the Tenant's breach pursuant to section 78 of the Act for an order terminating the tenancy and evictin...
