it is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated effective June 30, 2026 . The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before June 30, 2026. 2. The Landlord shall apply the rent deposit it is holding to the Tenant’s rent for June 2026, which is the last month of the tenancy. 3. If the unit is not vacated on or before June 30, 2026, then starting July 1, 2026 the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 4. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord, on or after July 1, 2026. 5. If the Tenant does not vacate the rental unit by June 30, 2026, the Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $82.19 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting July 1, 2026 to the date the Tenant moves out of the unit. 6. On or before June 30, 2026 the Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $29,660.46 which represents arrears of rent for the period ending January 31, 2026 ($30,000.00) less the interest on the last month rent deposit ($339.54). 7. If the Tenant fails to make the payment in accordance with paragraph 6 of this order, the Tenant will start to owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from July 1 , 2026 at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding Additional Conditions: 8.
