Determinations

It is ordered on consent that: 1. The Tenant shall refrain from confronting any other Tenants, their guests or occupants in the residential complex directly in a negative manner and will report any issues concerning other Tenant’s conduct that interfere with the Tenant’s quiet enjoyment directly to the Landlord in writing. If the Tenant fails to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph 1 of this order, the Landlord may, without notice to the Tenant, apply to the Landlord Tenant Board within 30 days of the Tenant’s breach pursuant to section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, (the ‘Act') for an order terminating the tenancy, thereby evicting the Tenant. 3. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the lawful rent for February 2026 on or before February 13, 2026. 4. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the total lawful rent on or before the 1st day of each month for a 12-month period, commencing March 1, 2026, through to and including February 1, 2027. 5. If the Tenant fails to make any one of the payments in accordance with paragraph 3 or 4 of this order, the Landlord may, without notice to the Tenant, apply to the Landlord Tenant Board within 30 days of the Tenant’s breach pursuant to section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, (the ‘Act') for an order terminating the tenancy, thereby evicting the Tenant.
