The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $806.88. The Tenant owes the Landlord rent arrears owing up to the date the Tenant moved out of the rental unit and the cost of filing the application. 3. The Tenant shall pay the arrears in accordance with the following schedule: A. $201.72 on or before the 15 th day of each month for a period of 4 months, commencing May 15, 2026, to August 15, 2026, to satisfy the arears. 4. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing in accordance with the Order, the Tenant will start to owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
