it is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant continues if the Tenant meets the conditions set out below. 2. For a period of twelve (12) months starting February 25, 2026, to January 24, 2027, inclusive, the Tenant, the Tenant’s guests or occupants of the unit shall: a) Not play loud music, make loud noises, slam doors and will avoid creating excessive or disruptive noises that may disturb other residents. b) Not allow the dog to excessively or persistently bark between the hours of 11:00pm to 7:00am. c) Take all reasonable steps to prevent late- night disturbances, including but not limited to keeping the dog indoors during quiet hours, providing proper supervision, and using calming or containment measures as needed. File Number: LTB-L-097927- 25 Order Page 2 of 2 d) Ensure that the dog’s behaviour does not substantially interfere with the reasonable enjoyment of other residents. e) Allow the Landlord entry to the rental unit for inspection and to carry out repairs or do work in the rental unit upon receiving at least 24hours prior notice. During inspections, the Tenant agrees to ensure their dogs are restrained and/or locked up. 3. If the Tenant fails to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph 2 of this order, the Landlord may apply under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (the ‘Act') for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
