It is ordered on consent that: 1.The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before June 30, 2026. 2.If the unit is not vacated on or before June 30, 2026, then starting July 1, 2026, the Landlords may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 3.Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlords on or after July 1, 2026. 4. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlords $14,354.60. This amount includes rent arrears owing to the hearing date and the cost of filling the application. The balance of $181.40 rent deposit the Landlords owe is deducted from the amount owing by the Tenants . 5. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlords the amount owing in paragraph 4 of this order in accordance with the following schedule: •$2,500.00 on or before the 15 th day of each month commencing February 15, 2026, and for the next 5 months up to and including June 15, 2026, and •$1,854.60 on or before July 15, 2026. 6. The Tenants shall pay the lawful rent for February 2026 on or before February 3, 2026. 7. The Tenants shall also pay to the Landlords new rent on time and in full as it comes due and owing for the period of March 2026 to May 2026. 8.If the Tenants fail to make the payments in accordance with paragraph 6 -7 of this order, the Landlords may, without notice to the Tenants , apply to the LTB within 30 days of the Tenants breach pursuant to section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2...
