The amount represents the balance owing of the following utility bills: • Peel Region Water - Bill dated November 18, 2024, in the amount of $197.30 - Bill dated August 21, 2025, in the amount of $196.90 • Enbridge - Bill dated November 20, 2024, in the amount of $52.40 - Bill dated December 18, 2024, in the amount of $5.48 - Bill dated August 20, 2025, in the amount of $44.00 File Number: LTB-L-097675-25 Order Page 2 of 2 • Alectra - Bill dated November 20, 2024, in the amount of $70.49 - Bill dated December 19, 2024, in the amount of $52.26 - Bill dated August 21, 2025, in the amount of $94.00 2. The Tenants shall pay the amount owing in paragraph 1 of this order as follows: • $250.33 on or before April 17, 2026; and • $250.34 on or before May 15, 2026 3. If the Tenants do not pay the Landlord the full amount owing in accordance with paragraph 2 of this order, then on the day following the date of default, the full balance owing under paragraph 1 of this order shall become payable and the monies owing shall bear simple interest at 4% per year.
