The previous order issued on February 3, 2026 with respect to LTB-L-097534-25 is cancelled and replaced with the following terms: 5. Branden Brown is added as a Tenant. 6. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlords $9,376.00 for arrears of rent up to April 30, 2026 and costs. 7. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlords the amount set out in paragraph 6 in accordance with the following schedule: (i) The Tenants will make a payment of $500.00 on or before May 20, 2026; (ii) Between June 20, 2026 and January 20, 2027, the Tenants will make payments towards the arrears in the amount of $1,000.00 each month.
