Dispute this orderit is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before March 31, 2026. 2. The Tenants owe the Landlord $1,957.00 for rent arrears owing up to and including rent for January 2026 and the costs of filing the application. 3. The Landlord shall waive the total amount owing in paragraph 2 above. 4. The Tenants shall also pay the Landlord compensation of $77.49 per day for the use of the unit starting January 30, 2026, to the date the Tenant moves out of the unit. 5. If the unit is not vacated on or before March 31, 2026, then starting April 1, 2026, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 6. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after April 1, 2026. Additional conditions: 7. The Tenants shall pay $2,400.00 to the Landlord in accordance with the following schedule: a) $1,200.00 toward the February 2026 rent on or before February 1, 2026. The Landlord shall waive the remaining balance of the February 2026 rent in the amount of $1,157.00. b) $1,200.00 toward the March 2026 rent on or before March 1, 2026. The Landlord shall waive the remaining balance of the March 2026 rent in the amount of $1,157.00. 8.
