applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Todd Bycroft and Mike Bycroft (the 'Tenant') because the Tenant did not pay the rent that the Tenant owes. This application was heard by videoconference on February 10, 2026.

It is ordered on consent that: 1. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $ 7,829.13 for arrears of rent and costs up to February 28, 2026. 2. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: (a) $1,450.00 payment to arrears- February 13, 2026; (b) $ 1,500.00 payment to arrears- March 20, 2026; (c) $ 1,500.00 payment to arrears- April 20, 2026; (d) $ 1,500.00 payment to arrears- May 20, 2026; (e) $ 1,500.00 payment to arrears- June 20, 2026; (f) $ 379.13 payment to arrears – July 20, 2026. 3. The Tenant shall also pay to the Landlord new rent on time and in full as it comes due and owing for the period March 1, 2026, until the arrears are paid in full. 4.
