Dispute this orderit is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated as of December 31, 2025, the date the Tenant moved out of the rental unit. 2. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $3,541.75. This amount includes rent arrears owing up to the date of move out and the cost of filing the application. The rent deposit and the interest owing on the rent deposit are deducted from the amount owing by the Tenant. See Schedule 1 for the calculation of the amount owing. 3. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 2 in accordance with the following schedule: • $750.00 on or before February 13, 2026 • $750.36 on or before February 27, 2026 • $2,041.75 to be paid on or before March 20, 2026. 4. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments in paragraph 3, then the Tenant will start to owe interest on the outstanding balance on the day after the first missed payment. This will be simple interest calculated from at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
