it is ordered that: 1. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord the amount of $4,894.40 which includes the rent arrears through January 31, 2026, and filing fee of $186.00, in accordance with the following schedule: a) The Tenant shall pay $300.00 towards arrears of rent on or before the 6 th day of each month, commencing February 6, 2026, up to and including May 6, 2027; and b) The Tenant shall pay the remaining balance of $94.40 on or before June 6, 2027. 2.
