It is ordered on consent that: 1. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $2,651.00 for arrears of rent up to January 31, 2026, inclusive of the filing fee. 2. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: a) $186.00 by February 5, 2026; b) $300.00 by February 20, 2026; c) $165.00 by March 20, 2026; d) $1,000.00 by April 20, 2026; and e) $1,000.00 by May 20, 2026. 3.
