On or before, February 15, 2026, the Tenants will produce the water utility bill and the water arrears will be adjusted accordingly. If the bill is more than $240.00 the difference will be deducted from the Tenants payments. If the bill is less than $240.00 the difference will be added to the Tenants last payment. 3. The Tenants will pay $1,348.20 as follows: (a) $250.00 payment, on or before, February 15, 2026; (b) $250.00 payment, on or before, March 15, 2026; File Number: LTB-L-094849- 25 Order Page 2 of 2 (c) $250.00 payment, on or before, April 15, 2026; (d) $250.00 payment, on or before, May 15, 2026; (e) $250.00 payment, on or before, June 15, 2026; (f) $98.20 final payment, on or before, July 15, 2026; 4. If the Tenant fails to comply with the conditions set out in paragraphs 1, 2 and or 3 of this order, the Landlord may apply under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (the ‘Act') for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant. The Landlord must make the application within 30 days of a breach of a condition. This application is made to the LTB without notice to the Tenant.
