It is ordered that: 18. The Tenant’s motion to set aside the L4 Order LTB -L-094756- 25, issued on November 17, 2025, is granted. The L4 Order is set aside and cannot be enforced. 19. The prior mediated agreement LTB -L-069782- 25 issued on November 10, 2025 is cancelled and is replaced with this order. 20. As of the set aside motion date, the Te nant is still in possession of the rental unit. 21. The lawful rent is $2,460.00 due on the first day of each month. 22.
