The prior mediated agreement LTB -L-069782- 25 issued on November 10, 2025 is cancelled and is replaced with this order. 20. As of the set aside motion date, the Te nant is still in possession of the rental unit. 21. The lawful rent is $2,460.00 due on the first day of each month. 22. The rent arrears owing to December 31, 2025 is $4 ,920.00 plus filing fee of $186.00. Accordingly the total amount the Tenant owes is $ 5,106.00. 23.
