The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant continues if the Tenant meets the conditions set out below. a) The Tenant shall not assist, support or coordinate illegal activities within the Hastings County residential complex (residential complex). b) The Tenant and their guests shall not permit any individual known to be a gang member, drug trafficker, or with known criminal affiliations to enter upon or remain within the residential complex. c) The Tenant and their guests shall not carry any drug paraphernalia within the residential complex. d) The Tenant shall not possess or use any weapons within the residential complex. Weapons include, but are not limited to, firearms, knives, and machetes. e) The Tenant and their guests shall not engage in verbal threats or any form of physically aggressive behaviour toward Hastings County staff, health- care or support-agency personnel, other tenants, or visitors within the residential complex. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, name- calling, the use of profanities, derogatory comments, or racially discriminatory language directed at Hastings County staff, health- care or support-agency personnel, or other tenants. f) The Tenant shall cease and refrain from any behaviour that interferes with the reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex by other tenants or the Landlord.
