Order LTB-L-094664- 25 issued on November 18, 2025 is cancelled, cannot be enforced, and is replaced by this one. File Number: LTB-L-094664- 25 Order Page 2 of 2 2. The parties agreed to a non- voidable eviction order effective January 3, 2026. The tenancy is terminated effective January 3, 2026 and the Te nants shall move out of the rental unit on or by January 3, 3026. 3. The parties agreed that law ful monthly rent of $2,691.00 due on November 1, 2025 had been paid in full (the Tenant Colin Bender paid $1,345.00 on November 1, $1,000.00 on November 7, and $345.50 on November 10, 2025) . 4. The parties agreed that they had mutually agreed to change the monthly period start date to the 29 th of each month. Therefore, the parties agreed the last month’ s rent deposit of $2,500.00 collected on May 25, 2022 and any interest owing on the deposit shall be applied towards satisfying in full the monthly rent owing for the period November 29 to December 28, 2025. 5. The parties agreed that there are c urrently no rent arrears or costs owing as of the hearing date. 6. The parties agreed that the daily compensation rate is $88.47 per day (calculated as the monthly rent of $2,691.00 times 12 months, divided by 365 days). 7. The Landlord agreed to waive approximately half of the daily compensation owing for the upcoming 6 day period between December 29, 2025 to Januar y 3, 2026. The parties agreed that the Tenant shall only pay a total of $260.00 in daily compensation...
