it is ordered that: 1. The Former Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $4,946.00, which represents rent owing up to September 30, 2025, plus $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. 2. The Former Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: a) $250.00 on the 17 th day of each month commencing April 17, 2026 up to and including October 17, 2027 (19 months). b) $196.00 on November 17, 2027. 3. If the Former Tenant fails to make any one of the payments in accordance with this order, the outstanding balance of any arrears of rent and costs to be paid by the Former Tenant to the Landlord pursuant to paragraph 1 of this order shall become immediately due and owing and the Former Tenant will start to owe interest.
