It is ordered that: 1. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $16,686.00 which represents the amount of rent owing up to February 28, 2026 and the cost of filing the application. 2. The Tenant shall pay this amount to the Landlord as follows: The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $800.00 per month on the 15 th day of each month starting February 15, 2026, and continuing on until September 15, 2027 inclusive, and a final payment on October 15, 2027 in the amount of $686.00. 3. The Tenant shall also pay to the Landlord new rent on time and in full as it comes due and owing for the period of March 1, 2026, through to October 1, 2027, or until the arrears are paid in full, whichever date is earliest. 4.
