It is ordered on consent that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenants must vacate the rental unit on or before March 31, 2026. 2. If the unit is not vacated on or before March 31, 2026, then starting April 1, 2026, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 3. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after April 1, 2026. 4. If the Tenant moves out of the rental unit by March 31, 2026, the Landlord waives the rent arrears owing up to the date of the hearing and the cost of filing the application in the amount of $7,136.00. 5. The Landlord also waives daily compensation of $14.79 per day for the use of the unit from February 1, 2026, to March 31, 2026, if the Tenant va cates by March 31, 2026. 6. If the Tenant does not vacate the rental unit by March 31, 2026, the Tenant shall pay the Landlord $7,136.00. 7. The Tenant shall also pay compensation of $14.79 per day for the use of the unit starting February 1, 2026, until the date the Tenant moves out of the unit. 8. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing in accordance with paragraphs 6-7 of this order by March 31, 2026, the Tenant will start to owe interest.
