Dispute this orderIt is ordered on consent that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before March 31, 2026. 2. If the unit is not vacated on or before March 31, 2026, then starting April 1, 2026, the Landlords may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 3. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlords on or after April 1, 2026. 4. The Landlords will provide the T enant with access to the basement beginning February 16, 2026 up to and including February 19, 2026 for the purposes of allowing the Tenant to remove the Tenant’s personal belongings. 6. The Landlords will provide access to the basement by changing the locking system to one in which the Tenant does not require a key to enter on or before February 15, 2026. 7. If the Tenant fails to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph 4 of this order, the Landlords may apply under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (the ‘Act') for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
