Dispute this orderit is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant continues if the Tenant meets the conditions set out below. 2. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the sum of $1,859.24 which represents the reasonable out-of-pocket expenses the Landlord has incurred or will incur plus the application filing fee. 3. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: • $50.00 per month on or before the 1 st day of each month commencing March 1, 2026 to March 1, 2029 inclusive; and • $9.24 on or before April 1, 2029. 4. For a 12-month period commencing March 1, 2026 up to and including February 1, 2027, the Tenant shall ensure that utilities are paid and that all utility accounts are in good standing. If the Tenant fails to comply with paragraph 4 or fails to make any one of the payments in accordance with this order, the outstanding balance to be paid by the Tenant to the Landlord pursuant to paragraph 1 of this order, shall become payable on the day following the date of default. The monies owing shall bear interest at the post-judgement interest rate determined under subsection 207(7) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006.
