It is ordered on consent that: 1. The Landlords consent to the Tenant’s set aside motion. The order LTB-L-093047- 25 issued on November 17, 2025 is set aside, and replaced by this one. 2. The Landlord s’ application for eviction is denied, on the condition that on or before January 16, 2026, the Te nant shall pay the Landlord $11,559.50, which represents normal monthly rent due for January 1, 2026, plus a ny rent arrears and costs currently outstanding. The Landlord must make the application within 30 days of a breach of a condition set out in paragraph 2 of this order. 4. The balance owing under paragraph 2 of this order shall become payable on the day following the date of default.
