The interim order issued on February 13, 2026, is cancelled. File Number: LTB-L-093046-25-RV Order Page 2 of 2 3. The tenancy is terminated on May 31, 2026. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit by that date. 4. If the unit is not vacated on or before May 31, 2026, then starting June 1, 2026, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 5. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after June 1, 2026. 6. The total amount of rent arrears up to March 31, 2026, and the application filing fee, is $9,582.00. 7. If the Tenant fails to pay the Landlord the amount owing in paragraph 6 of this order on or before May 31, 2026, the outstanding balance of any arrears of rent and costs to be paid by the Tenant to the Landlord, along with simple interest at a rate of 4 percent on the balance shall become due and owing to the Landlord the day following the date of default. 8. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord compensation of $77.26 per day for the use of the unit starting June 1, 2026, until the date the Tenant moves out of the unit. 9.
