it is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated as of December 31, 2025, the date the Tenant moved out of the rental unit. 2. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $960.74. The Tenant owes the Landlord rent arrears owing up to the date the Tenant moved out of the rental unit. 3. The Tenant shall pay the arrears in accordance with the following schedule: A. $200.00 on or before January 15 th , 2026; and B. $100.00 on or before the 1 st day of each month for a period of 7 months, commencing February 1, 2026, to August 1, 2026; and, C. $60.74 on or before September 1, 2026, to satisfy the arrears. 4. If the Landlord does not pay the Tenant the full amount owing on or before September 1, 2026, the Landlord will start to owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from September 2, 2026, at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
