It is ordered on consent that: 1. The request to review order LTB-L-092119-25 issued on January 30, 2026 is granted. The order is cancelled and replace with the following. 2. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated as of May 3, 2026. 3. If the unit is not vacated on or before May 3, 2026, then starting May 4, 2026, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 4. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after May 4, 2026. 5. If the unit is not vacated on or before May 3, 2026, the Tenants shall also pay the Landlord compensation of $98.44 per day for the use of the unit starting May 4, 2026 until the date the Tenants move out of the unit. 6. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $18,560.65 for rent arrears up to March 31, 2026, an NSF administrative charge and costs. 7.
