applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Shawna Wood (the 'Tenant') because the Tenant did not pay the rent that the Tenant owes. This application was resolved by order LTB-L-092030- 25 issued on April 2, 2026. On April 14, 2026, interim order, LTB-L-092030- 25-BIR-IN, was issued initiat ing a request for review of the order and directing the matter to a hearing. This LTB initiated review was heard by videoconference on May 11, 2026. Only the Landlord attended the hearing. I was satisfied that the Tenant had received the Notice of Hearing and there was no request to adjourn before me. Based on this, I proceeded to hear the review at 9:30 a.m.

It is ordered that: 1. The request to review order LTB-L-092030- 25 issued on April 2, 2026 is granted . The order is cancelled and replaced by the following: 2. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated unless the Tenant voids this order. 3. The Tenant may void this order and continue the tenancy by paying to the Landlord or to the LTB in trust: • $15,786.00 if the payment is made on or before May 26, 2026. See Schedule 1 for the calculation of the amount owing. 4. The Tenant may also make a motion at the LTB to void this order under section 74(11) of the Act, if the Tenant has paid the full amount owing as ordered plus any additional rent that became due after May 26, 2026 but before the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) enforces the eviction. The Tenant may only make this motion once during the tenancy. 5.
