Dispute this orderit is ordered that: L1 Application 1. The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenants is terminated on January 31, 2026. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before January 31, 2026 . 2. If the unit is not vacated on or before January 31, 2026, then starting February 1, 2026, the Landlords may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 3. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlords on or after February 1, 2026. The Landlords shall apply the last month rent deposit to the month of January 2026 (i.e. for the period January 1, 2026 to January 31, 2026), which is the last rental period of the tenancy. 5. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlords $ 10,870.66 which represents arrears of rent for the period ending January 31, 2026 ($10,815.00), less the remaining balance of interest on the rent deposit ($130.34 ) plus the application filing fee ($186.00). 6. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlords the amount set out in paragraph 5 of this order on or before January 31, 2026. 7. If the Tenants fail to make the payment in accordance with paragraphs 5 and 6 of this order, the full balance owing becomes due and payable immediately and the Tenants will start to owe interest.
