applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Katiuscia Lagares (the 'Tenant') because the Tenant did not pay the rent that the Tenant owes. This application was scheduled to be heard by videoc onference on January 20, 2026. The Landlords Representativ e, Micah Remedios, and the Tenant attended. The parties mutually agreed to resolve all the issues in the application and requested an order on consent confirming their agreement.
