It is ordered that: 1. The Landlord shall pay to the Tenant $10,000.00 by certified cheque on or before March 13, 2026. 2. If the Landlord does not pay the Tenant the full amount owing by March 13, 2026, the Landlord will owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from March 14, 2026, at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding. 3. The Landlord’s L1 application in LTB-L-090005-25 is withdrawn. 4. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before April 30, 2026. 5. If the unit is not vacated on or before April 30, 2026, then starting May 1, 2026, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 6. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after May 1, 2026. 7. $8,225.00 together with any accrued interest that the Tenants paid into the LTB in trust in file LTB-L-090005-25, shall be released back to the Tenants by the LTB.* 8.
