it is ordered that: 1. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $ 4,557.93 for arrears of rent and costs up to January 31, 2026. 2. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: (a) Effective February 28, 2026, and for a period of 4 consecutive months thereafter, the Tenant will pay on the 28 th day of the month, an additional $1,000.00 per mon th representing arrears; (b) On or before, June 28, 2026, the Tenant will pay the balance of arrears and filing fees, in the amount of $557.93. 3.
