It is ordered on consent that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant continues if the Tenant meets the conditions set out below: a) For the next 12 months starting February 18, 2026: a) The Tenant another occupant of the rental unit or someone the Tenant permitted in the residential complex shall not touch or tamper with the electrical equipment installed in the rental unit including light fixtures and light covers in the rental unit. b) The Tenant shall maintain a clear path of egress throughout the unit. c) The Tenant shall ensure that all doors and entrance ways in the rental unit are clear and accessible so that the doors can fully open into the rental unit. d) The Tenant another occupant of the rental unit or someone the Tenant permitted in the residential complex shall not tamper with the fire safety equipment in the rental unit. e) The Tenant another occupant of the rental unit or someone the Tenant permitted in the residential complex shall not cause any damage to the rental unit specifically graffiti on the walls and doors of the rental unit. 2. If the Tenant fails to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph 1 in this order, the Landlord may apply under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (the ‘Act') for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
