Starting January 14, 2026,until December 14, 2026, the Tenant, another occupant of the rental unit, and/or the Tenant’s guests will not substantially interfere with the Landlord’s or other tenant’s lawful rights, privileges, and interests and/or reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex. More specifically: 1. The Tenant shall prepare the unit for pest control treatment in accordance with the preparation sheet , which will be provided to the Tenant on or before January 14, 2026. File Number: LTB-L-089654-25 Order Page 2 of 2 2. The Tenant shall also maintain the unit in an ordinary cleanliness condition, in between treatment dates. 3. The Tenant shall allow the Landlord or pest control services entry to the entire unit, upon proper notice being given to the Tenant by email ([email protected]). 4. Compliance with the conditions in paragraph 1 and 2, will be determined by the pest control treatment staff’s Findings. 5. Compliance with the conditions in paragraph 3, will be determined by the pest control treatment staff findings and the Landlord’s staff. 2. If the Tenant fails to meet the terms, as per paragraph 1 above, in this Order, the Landlord may apply under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, without notice to the Tenant, for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
