Determinations

It is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant continues if the Tenant meets the conditions set out below. 2. The Landlord must provide to the Tenant the following documents by tracked registered mail or courier and regular mail or personal service on or before January 30 , 2026: 1. Superior Court Order dated June 28, 2024 2. Land Registry Document confirming registration of the property in the name of Samira Bottiglieri. 3. Information Form required to be filled by the Tenant. 3. The Tenant shall provide to the Landlord or the Landlord’ s representative, on or before February 6, 2026, the following documents and information: 1. The completed I nformation Form. 2. A statement as to the amount of lawful monthly rent payable. 3. Proof of one previous payment to the previous Landlord confirming the lawful monthly rent amount declared above. 4. A copy of the previous tenancy agreement if the Tenant has it, or a statement that there is no written tenan cy agreement. 4. Subject to compliance by the Landlord with paragraph 2 above, if the Tenant fails to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph 3 of this order, the Landlord may apply under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (the ‘Act') for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
