Dispute this orderapplied for an order requiring Queen Mgbokwere and Collins Mgbokwere (the 'Tenants') to pay the Landlord's reasonable out-of-pocket expenses that are the result of the Tenants ' failure to pay utility costs they were required to pay under the terms of the tenancy agreement. It is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants continues if the Tenants meet the condition set out below. 2. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord the total amount of $6,103.00 ($5,917.00 which represents the costs incurred by the Landlord for unpaid utilities as of the date of this proceeding and $186.00 for costs of filing the application). 3. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 2 in accordance with the following schedule: 1. $305.00 (arrears and costs) on or before the 28 th day of each month for 20 consecutive months commencing April 28th, 2026, to November 28 th , 2027. 2. $3.00 (outstanding balance) on or before December 28, 2027. 4. If the Tenants fail to comply with the condition set out in paragraph 2 and 3 of this order, the Landlord may apply under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (the ‘Act') for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants .
