For a period of twelve months, Starting January 8, 2026 until December 8, 2026, the Tenant, another occupant of the rental unit, and/or the Tenant’s guests will not substantially interfere with the Landlord’s or other tenant’s lawful rights, privileges, and interests and/or reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex. More specifically: a) The Tenant and occupants shall provide access to the unit for scheduled inspections every other Thursday, as agreed upon by the parties. b) On inspection days (every other Thursday), all items must be removed from the floors of the upstairs bathrooms. Any items left on the floor may be discarded. c) Any animal feces within the unit must be promptly and properly cleaned and disposed of in a sanitary manner. d) The Tenant and occupants must promptly notify the Landlord of any incidents or conditions that may cause damage to the unit, including but not limited to flooding, leaks, or other emergencies.
