Dispute this orderIt is ordered on consent that: 1. The Tenant owes the Landlord $8,505.54, which represents arears owing to January 31, 2026 and costs. 2. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant shall vacate on or before December 31, 2026. 3. The Tenant shall also pay to the Landlord new rent on time and in full as it comes due and owing for the period February 1, 2026 to November 1, 2026, or until the arrears are paid in full, whichever date is earliest. 4. The rental deposit shall be applied to the last month of the tenancy. 5. If the Tenant does not comply with paragraphs 2 and 3 of this order, the Tenant shall pay the Landlord $8,505.54 less any amounts paid towards the arrears by the Tenant since the date of hearing on or before January 1, 2027. The Tenant will start to owe simple interest calculated at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding starting the date following the breach. The Landlord has the right to collect the balance outstanding under this Order. 6. If the Tenant complies with paragraphs 2 and 3 of this order, then the Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $4,800.00, which represents the arrears of rent up to January 31, 2026, less the amount waived by the Landlord in return for complying with paragraphs 2 and 3. 7. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 5 in accordance with the following schedule: • $400.00 on or before the 15 th day of each month for a period of 12 months, from January 15, 2026, up to and including December 15, 2026. 8.
