Determinations

It is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated as of December 31, 2025. 2. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $5,730.32, which represents compensation for the use of the unit from October 10, 2025, to December 31, 2025. File Number: LTB-L-087004-25 Order Page 4 of 4 3. Any payments made by the Tenant towards the compensation shall be credited to this order. 4. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $2,616.08 which represents the reasonable out-of- pocket expenses the Landlord has incurred or will incur as a result of the unpaid utility costs. 5. The Tenant shall also pay to the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. 6. The Landlord owes $2,276.77 which is the amount of the rent deposit and interest on the rent deposit. 7. The total amount the Tenant must pay the Landlord is $6,255.63. The rent deposit and interest on the rent deposit has been applied to the amount the Tenant is required to pay. 8. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before March 7, 2026, the Tenant will start to owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from March 8, 2026, at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
