Dispute this orderit is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before April 30, 2026. 2. On or before February 4, 2026, The Tenant shall prepare the unit for bed bug heat treatment in accordance with the list provided to the Tenant on October 2, 2025. 3. The Tenant must provide entry to the pest control company for treatment. 4. The last month’s rent deposit shall be applied to the last month of the tenancy. 5. The Landlord or the Tenant shall pay to the other any sum of money that is owed as a result of this order. 6. If the Tenant does not have the unit prepared by February 4, 2026, the Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $678.00 for the K9 Inspection and $186.00 for the application filing fee. 7. If the Tenant does not vacate the unit on or before April 30, 2026, the Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $186.00 for the application filing fee. 8. If the Tenant fails to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph 2 and 3 of this order, the Landlord may apply under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (the ‘Act') for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant. The Landlord must make the application within 30 days of a breach of a condition. This application is made to the LTB without notice to the Tenant. 9. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord compensation of $23.72 per day for the use of the unit starting May 1, 2026, until the date the Tenant move out of the unit. 10.
